In the first half of 2025, looking back on the arduous journey and clarifying the direction for the second half of the year, in order to better summarize the past and look forward to the future, from July 3rd to 8th, 2025, the mid-year work summary meeting of Putech was grandly held in the conference room of the first phase of Tian'an Digital City. The chairman and general manager, directors, deputy general managers, middle and senior managers, and sales elites of the company all attended this meeting. This was a strategic discussion that carried forward the past and opened up the future, as well as a journey of growth that united hearts and minds! At the beginning of the meeting, the company's leaders clarified the core goals of the meeting, namely "review, focus, break through, and grow". First, they arranged for the top three sales teams of the international Marketing Department and the domestic marketing center to conduct sales experience extraction and benchmarking, aiming to enhance the overall sales capabilities of the team.
After conducting a double-difference analysis, market insight and the introduction of 20 management tools, the heads of each department respectively reviewed and summarized the completion of the work goals for the first half of the year from aspects such as performance, market, profit, product, talent and system.
From another perspective, the weekly ITR problem-solving and the dual-wheel drive meeting on R&D and sales have greatly enhanced the achievement of goals. Each department can also make more precise and targeted decisions based on resource demands and the implementation of DMAIC.

In terms of product portfolio analysis and product strategic planning, the R&D department reviewed the completion of the first half of the year's goals. Many projects need to clarify the load application scenarios, adopt joint development, and increase understanding of the on-site processes in the dedicated machine application industry. In the second half of the year, more attention will be paid to the efficiency of R&D personnel and the resolution of ITR issues.
In terms of process management, by optimizing the quotation process, transfer process, ITR process and the coordination of accounts receivable management, the company's process system construction is strengthened. The concept of process management is proposed: simplifying process approval and process approval, improving process efficiency, and perfecting the distribution of rights, responsibilities and interests as well as the three-level functional list.
The manufacturing department's work summary focuses on strengthening the review of labor efficiency and labor costs. Through data analysis, it clarifies the key work directions for the second half of the year. In terms of capacity utilization, product quality and other aspects, we should intensify coordination efforts and quality control to enhance product satisfaction in the market and among customers.
Human resources work focuses on the selection, cultivation, retention, utilization and flow of talents. The recruitment work was carried out in an orderly manner in the first half of the year, and the on-the-job rate has improved. We will continue to make efforts in the second half of the year. And continuously strengthen the company's cultural construction, enrich the employees' spare time life, and enhance team cohesion.
Financial and economic work focuses on analyzing sales volume, per capita output, and individual performance rankings. Performance analysis, through systematic and standardized data presentation, enables business personnel to better understand the overall performance of the team and individual performance, clearly identify gaps and shortcomings, and stimulate motivation to prepare for the final push towards the goals in the second half of the year.
